Brighton Wellness Festival is proud to curate the Wellness Space for the Brighton Girl x Churchill Square International Women’s Day #GiveToGain takeover.
Across the day, we’ll host a rolling programme of accessible, beginner-friendly sessions designed to energise, uplift and empower. From high-intensity workouts and joyful dance to grounding yoga and guided healing, the Wellness Space offers something for every body and every level.
This space is inclusive to all who identify, celebrate and champion women. All ticket proceeds will be evenly split between RISE, Rockinghorse, Brighton Women's Centre, Flourish Mentors and Amaze.
All sessions are 30 minutes. You’re welcome to join one or book for all!
