We’re so glad you’re thinking of joining us. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just new to
our studio, we’ll make sure your first visit is smooth, supportive, and enjoyable.
What to expect:
-
A friendly, welcoming atmosphere — our team and community are here to support you.
-
Classes led by experienced teachers who will guide you step by step. You’ll be able to join in with most poses right from your very first class.
-
A calm, light-filled studio just steps from the seafront.
-
Options for both hot yoga (40°C) and non-heated classes, so you can choose what feels right for you.

What to bring:
-
A yoga mat (or hire one for £3).
-
A large towel (or hire one for £2).
-
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in — during hot yoga you will sweat, so stretchy, synthetic fabrics are usually best.
-
A reusable bottle of water to stay hydrated (single-use plastics are not allowed).
-
Please avoid perfume or scented lotions before class.
Arriving at the school:
-
Arrive 15 minutes before class and introduce yourself so we can get you signed in and settled.
-
Our changing rooms have lockers, showers, hair dryers, and everything you need before and after class.
-
Doors close promptly at the class start time — late entry isn’t possible, so please plan ahead.
Tips for your first class:
-
Don’t worry about keeping up — yoga is a personal practice and it’s normal to take breaks.
-
Listen to your body and rest whenever you need to.
-
Stay hydrated before and after class (avoid eating solid food in the 2 hours before class).
-
Come with an open mind — every student was a beginner once.
-
Your teacher will always be available after class to answer questions and help you with the postures.
