Deepen your practice. Refine your understanding.
Learn to teach with clarity and confidence.
At Yoga in the Lanes, our teacher training programmes are led by the school’s owner and director, Bridgett-Ane (BA) Goddard. BA began practising yoga in 1995 and graduated from the original Hot Yoga teacher training in 2006. She went on to represent the UK three times at the International Yoga Asana Championships, placing 11th in the world in 2013.
Whether you wish to teach or simply want to immerse yourself more deeply in the practice, our training offers a rigorous, supportive and transformative journey.
