Learn to teach with clarity and confidence.

At Yoga in the Lanes, our teacher training programmes are led by the school’s owner and director, Bridgett-Ane (BA) Goddard. BA began practising yoga in 1995 and graduated from the original Hot Yoga teacher training in 2006. She went on to represent the UK three times at the International Yoga Asana Championships, placing 11th in the world in 2013.
