Join Simon for our monthly posture clinic designed to help you feel clearer, stronger, and more confident in your practice.
This is your opportunity to slow things down, ask questions, and break down the Original Hot Yoga series in detail. Simon will demonstrate postures, explain alignment and technique, and answer any questions you may have — whether you’re struggling with one specific pose or simply want to understand the series more deeply.
Sunday Skool is supportive, interactive, and open to all levels. It’s also a great way to connect with others on the same journey and strengthen your confidence in the room.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with clarity, practical adjustments, and a deeper understanding of your practice.
