Ready to see what 30 days can do?

It only takes one month to feel significant improvements in your mind and body.

What you can expect from a regular practice:

A stronger, more resilient body: building strength, stability and control through consistent movement.

Improved flexibility & mobility: gradually working through stiffness and increasing your range of movement.

More mental clarity: time away from screens, distractions and everything competing for your attention.

Better resilience: learning to stay focused and composed when things get challenging, both physically and mentally.

A proper chance to switch off: dedicated time in your week where the only thing you need to focus on is your practice.

A routine that feels good: 30 days to explore different classes and discover how yoga can fit into your life.

Frequently asked questions

I've never done yoga before. Is this suitable?

Absolutely, the Intro Offer is available exclusively to new students and is designed specifically to help newcomers discover Yoga in the Lanes. You don’t need any previous yoga experience, and our teachers will guide you through the class while encouraging you to work at your own pace. If you have any injuries, pain or areas of concern, please speak to your teacher before class so they can offer guidance and adapt poses where appropriate.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all! Flexibility is something you can develop through yoga, not something you need before you start. Our classes are open to all abilities, so come exactly as you are.

What does the £39 Intro Offer include?

Your Intro Offer gives you 30 days of unlimited yoga at Yoga in the Lanes for just £39, with access to all available classes. You can book as many classes as you’d like during your 30 days, giving you plenty of opportunity to explore different styles, teachers and class times to find what works best for you.

When do my 30 days start?

Your 30 days begin when you book your first class, so you can purchase your Intro Offer and then start when you’re ready.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that you can easily move in, you will get very sweaty espeically during hot yoga! Please bring a reusable bottle of water; we don’t permit single-use plastics, and we have a filtered water fountain on site that you can use as much as you need. You’ll also need a yoga mat and, for hot classes, a large towel. Both are available to hire at the school for £2 each if you don’t have your own. We recommend arriving around 15 minutes before your first class so we can get you signed in, settled and ready for class.

How hot is hot yoga?

Our hot yoga classes are practised in a room heated to around 40°C. It will feel challenging at first, and that’s completely normal. You’re always welcome to take breaks, rest and work at your own pace while you get used to the heat.

How often should I come during my 30 days?

As often as you’d like, your classes are unlimited! We recommend practising regularly and coming at least once a week, but 2–3 classes per week is a great sweet spot for building consistency and experiencing what regular yoga can do for you.

What happens after my 30 days?

Your Intro Offer simply ends after your first 30 days, there’s no need to commit to a membership beforehand. After that, we have a range of memberships and class packs to choose from depending on your routine and budget. We recommend using your Intro Offer to try different classes, teachers and times so that by the end of your 30 days, you know what kind of routine works best for you.
